• There were no specific modifications made at your request, such as resizing.
• The item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
• The jewelry has not been damaged due to misuse or exposure to harmful environments, such as accidents, falls, chemicals, chlorine, salt water, and other abrasive substances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please send the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return standards. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.
